Description

• Shift: 7am to 7:30 pm or 7pm to 7:30 am
• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 48
• Weekend Hours: 75% weekends required
• Call Requirements: no
• Years of Experience: 3 years ICU experience
• Float Requirements: Float to Neuro ICU, Surgical/Trauma ICU, Cardiac ICU, CTICU based on HCP experience.
Floating to any IMC at the organization, patient ratios 1:3 in IMC.
• Number of Beds: Varies based on unit
• Patient Ratios: 1:2 (1:3 in IMC)

Hiring Profile:
• Must Have Skills/Experience: 3 years of ICU experience,
• Preferred Skillset/Experience: 3 years of ICU experience
• Type of Patients on Unit: You will float to SICU, MICU, Neuro ICU, & CICU. You will be expected to care for basic ICU patients in each department such as sedated, intubated & pressors but you will not be caring for high complexity patients such as CRRT.
• Personality Fit: Candidate must be focused on outstanding patient care, team communication, and their drive to excel not only a member of our organization, but also as an individual. Since this is a float pool position the candidate will need to be flexible with assignments and can potentially take multiple different assignments in the same shift if needed.

• Any unacceptable attire: Open toed shoes (no crocs), jeans, clothing with large logos / print. No profanity
