• General ultrasound
• Abdominal

• Venous & arterial Dopplers
• Biopsies
• OB/GYN only for ER viability exams
• No cardiac/echo — Echo Tech performs cardiac studies

Required

• ARDMS certification with Abdomen + Vascular
• BLS
• 2 years of relevant experience
• Experience with the listed ultrasound procedures

Schedule & Call

• Weekend rotation varies according to call schedule
• 1 entire weekend (24/7) per month
• 30-minute response time when on call
• Weekends may be worked solo/on call
• Holiday: may be on call if core staff does not cover
• Up to 7 days of RTO may be approved

Unit Details

• Average ratio: 1 patient/hour (1:1)
• Lead ultrasound tech/supervisor available
• Team environment, except weekends may be solo
• Orientation: 1–3 shifts, depending on experience and comfort
• Scrubs: Any color
• Parking: Free

Key candidate screening: ARDMS Abdomen + Vascular, BLS, 2+ years ultrasound experience, all required patient types/procedures, ability to take a full 24/7 weekend call once per month, 30-minute response time, and COVID vaccination.
