Registered Nurse – Telemetry (Nephrology)
Location: Saint Louis, MO 63136
Start Date: 10/05/2026
Shift: Nights, 3×12s (7:00 PM–7:30 AM)
Contract: 36 guaranteed hours/week
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of RN/Telemetry experience preferred
- BLS/BCLS & NIHSS required
- EPIC charting experience
- Cardiac telemetry, dysrhythmia interpretation/management experience
- Peritoneal Dialysis experience required
- First-time travelers accepted
- Must float to similar units as needed
- Locals not accepted within 75 miles
Unit Details:
- 27-bed Nephrology Telemetry unit
- Patient ratio: 1:5–6
- Adult patients
- Common diagnoses include CHF, A-fib, MI, renal failure, and COVID
- Scrubs: Navy | Charting: EPIC | Parking: Free
