Cath Lab Tech – Providence Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital

Facility: Providence Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital
Location: Santa Rosa, California 95405
Contract: 13 weeks
Shift: Day, 5x8
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM or 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
Hours: 40 hours/week
Average Daily Census: 15
Rooms: 3
Patient Population: Adults & geriatrics
EMR: Epic
First-time travelers: Yes

Required Experience & Credentials

3 years of experience required — HARD STOP
California license must be in hand at submission — HARD STOP
California CRRT state license
Fluoroscopy Permit
ARRT(R)
BLS
ACLS
Epic experience required
