Schedule & Coverage
- Monday–Friday
- 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- 8–9 hour shifts
- No nights
- No evenings
- No overnight/weekend call
- Full-time preferred
- Candidates available 2–3 weeks per month will also be considered
- Potential to float 1–2 days per week
Position Details
- Outpatient endocrinology care
- Low-to-moderate patient acuity
- Approximately 20–25 patients per day
- Majority of patient care is focused on diabetes management
- Experience with CGM analysis and/or insulin pump management is ideal but not required
- No other procedures required
- Epic experience preferred

- RNs: 3
- LPNs: 2
- CNA/CMA: 6
- Other staff: 4
Requirements
- Active New York State License
- Required life-saving certifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Board eligibility/certification as applicable
