NICU RRT

Schedule: 36 hours/week | Rotating or All-Night Position
Weekend: Every 3rd weekend
Experience: 2+ years required

Requirements:

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) required
• NICU experience required; some pediatric experience may be considered
• NRP and AHA CPR required
• High School Diploma or GED required
• 2+ years of related respiratory care experience
• Must be certified to manage artificial airways, mechanical ventilation, aerosolized medications, and oxygen therapy
• Level II/III NICU or Special Care Nursery experience preferred
• Delivery Room experience preferred

Responsibilities:

• Provide respiratory care to NICU and pediatric patients
• Perform and interpret respiratory tests and procedures
• Manage mechanical ventilation, artificial airways, oxygen therapy, and aerosolized medications
• Administer respiratory care protocols independently across clinical settings
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members to assess and manage patient care
