Description

LPN – Long Term Care / Rehabilitation

Location: Clovis, NM 88101
Contract: 9 weeks
Shift: Nights
Shift Time: 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hrs/week

Requirements

Active LPN license eligible to practice in New Mexico.
Long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation experience preferred.
Strong medication administration and resident assessment skills.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Must be available for the assigned night shift and guaranteed hours.
