Travel Nurse RN - Educator

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Experience: 3–5 years required
Setting: Acute Care / Nursing Education

Requirements:

• Current Massachusetts RN License required
• BSN required
• MSN in Education or CNS preferred
• BLS & ACLS – AHA
• BLS & ACLS Instructor certification required prior to start
• Minimum 3–5 years of RN experience
• PACU experience required
• General nursing education experience required
• Critical care experience preferred
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills

Preferred Experience:

• PACU
• Endoscopy (ENDO)
• Central Processing
• Operating Room (OR)

Responsibilities:

• Serve as an educator, consultant, facilitator, mentor, role model, and leader
• Assess staff educational needs and develop appropriate learning programs
• Plan, coordinate, conduct, and evaluate orientation and continuing education programs
• Support adult learning, professional development, and improved patient outcomes
• Collaborate with nursing leadership and staff across the organization
• Support educational initiatives aligned with Nursing Division goals and objectives
