RN Clinical Nurse
Shift: 6:45 PM–7:15 AM | Night Shift
Position Overview
The RN Clinical Nurse is responsible for providing safe, high-quality, individualized patient care as part of an interdisciplinary healthcare team. The RN works collaboratively with patients, families, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals while following evidence-based nursing practices and organizational policies.
The RN is expected to assess patient needs, coordinate and deliver care, advocate for patients and families, and maintain professional nursing standards in accordance with the Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act, ANA Code of Ethics, and facility policies.
Requirements
- RN License: Georgia Single-State RN license or RN Compact/Multi-State License
- BLS: Current BLS certification through AHA, American Red Cross, or BLS Instructor
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of RN experience
- Ability to provide safe, patient-centered care in a clinical environment
- Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical judgment skills
