Interventional Radiology Technologist – Travel Contract

Location: Wausau, WI
Start Date: 10/26/2026
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week
Shift: 8-hour days
Typical Schedule: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM, flexible

Job Details

Seeking an experienced Interventional Radiology Technologist for a travel assignment in Wausau, WI.

This is a fast-paced IR department with a variety of interventional procedures. The technologist will work as part of a team consisting of 1 RN and 2 Radiologic Technologists.

4-6 cases per day on average
1:1 patient care during procedures
Variety of IR, vascular and neuro-interventional cases

Call Requirements

1-2 weeknight call shifts as needed
Every 4th weekend call
Holiday call as needed
30-minute response time when called in

Requirements

ARRT required
BLS required
Active Wisconsin license required
AHA or ARC certifications required
Minimum 2 years of experience
Recent experience with Interventional Cath procedures, Interventional Vascular procedures, or Interventional Neurology required
Epic experience highly preferred
