Job Description

Provides coordinated nursing care to patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process. The RN supervises and directs assigned nursing staff, coordinates care with other healthcare disciplines, and uses critical thinking, professional judgment, and independent decision-making to ensure safe and effective patient care.

Requirements

Education & Experience

• BSN: Preferred
• Acute Care Facility Experience: Preferred
• EPIC experience: Required

Licenses & Certifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice – Required
• BLS/CPR from an approved vendor – Required
• ACLS from an approved vendor – Required
• PALS – Required
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) – Required
