Description
- This is a tele step down high acuity unit.
- Manager will interview. They will do post ICU care, drips, stable vents, but no vasopressors.
- Cerner charting
- Must be okay with floating to tele/tele MS/MS. Fast paced units that need clinicians who can work independently.
- Ratios: 3-4:1 IMCU and 5-6:1 Tele-M/S with PCT assistance.
