Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide effective rehabilitation services to support optimal functional outcomes.

The Physical Therapist will perform patient assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, document progress and outcomes, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and functional assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic interventions based on patient needs
• Monitor and document patient progress and treatment outcomes
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other members of the interdisciplinary team
• Provide patient and family education as appropriate
• May float to other units or departments within the therapist's scope of practice

Assignment Details

• Weekend and holiday coverage may be required
• Missed shifts due to callouts must be made up
• Compliance/onboarding typically takes 4–6 weeks
• Voice screening and Hiring Manager interview are required
• All RTO requests must be submitted with the initial application

Requirements

Education & Experience

• Minimum 2 years of Physical Therapy experience
• Clinical or acute care experience required
• Hospital, rehabilitation, or outpatient experience preferred

License & Certification

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) License: Required
• BLS – AHA: Required and must be active
• Certification expiration dates must be provided with submission
