- Works closely with the House Supervisor
- Responsibilities include:
- Intake
- Bed control
- Transfers
- Bed placement
- Facility/bed diversion
- Transfer to higher level of care
- New admissions
- Organizational escalation processes
- Crisis intervention/management
- Emergency preparedness
