Position Overview

The Registered Nurse provides direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization. This position requires strong clinical judgment, effective care coordination, and the ability to work independently in a stressful environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor individualized patient care plans.
• Assess, monitor, document, and communicate patient conditions appropriately.
• Serve as a primary coordinator among various disciplines to ensure well-coordinated patient care.
• Review and carry out physician and nursing orders.
• Assess patient discharge needs and coordinate discharge planning with the healthcare team.
• Provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care.
• Respond appropriately to changes in patient condition.
