Description

Surgical Technologist (CST) – Neenah, WI

Shift: 8hr PMs, 12:30 PM–9:00 PM
Contract Length: 13 weeks | Start Date: ASAP
Guaranteed Hours: 32 hours/week (GSA)
Radius Requirement: No travelers within 50 miles of ThedaCare Corporate Center, Neenah, WI
Note: No new travelers — at least one completed travel contract required

Facility Details:

Trauma Level: II
Charting System: Epic preferred
12+1 GU Suite ORs
1:1 patient ratio
Recognized Center of Excellence in Robotic Surgery (Surgical Review Corporation) — features the da Vinci SP (Single Port) robotic surgery system
Float requirement: all ThedaCare facilities, as needed

Call Requirements:

1 midweek call + every 4th weekend
30-minute response time
Missed shifts must be made up within 2 weeks

Requirements:

Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) required
Active BLS – AHA required
3+ years experience required
Required experience: Neuro, Ortho, Robotics, and General
Preferred experience: Outpatient GYN, Dental, Retina, and ENT
Associate Degree or Certificate (required/preferred)

Additional Notes:

Scrubs provided; scrub color any
No jewelry (including watches/wedding rings), nail polish, or false nails
Facial hair must be covered in semi-restricted surgery areas
Interview type: MSP Interview, Monday–Friday
