Description
MRI Technologist – Durango, CO
Shift: 3x12-hour Days + call 1 night/week and every 3–4 weekends
Contract Length: 13 weeks (91 contract weeks available)
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week
Radius Requirement: 60 miles — driver's license must be submitted
Cancellation Policy: Hospital may cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment (3 shifts for assignments under 13 weeks)
Facility Details:
- Charting System: EPIC
- Equipment: GE
- 1 scanner/room
- Avg. 14 scans/studies per day
- No floating to other departments
- Studies: general MRI — head, neck, abdomen, extremity (no cardiac)
- Radiologist in-house, not overnight
- Techs must start IVs
- Lead Tech: Vanessa Hamer
- Scrubs: any professional color (provided)
- Department-specific orientation provided
Requirements:
- ARRT (MR) certification required
- Active BLS – AHA required
- BSN not required
- License to Submit: No
- Weekend, holiday, and call/standby requirements apply
