LPN – Medical Surgical

Shift: 7:00 PM–7:00 AM | 13 weeks
Weekend: Every other weekend
Charting: EPIC required
License: Active NY LPN license required
Cert: BLS
Experience: Acute Care within last 2 years; able to manage own patient assignment with RN support
Ratio: 1:5–6
Floating: Within skillset required
RTO/Scheduling: Submit at time of submission
Holiday: Every other holiday, if needed
Locals: Accepted at $10 less; local = within 75 miles
Unit: Med/Surg – COPD, infections, failure to thrive, social issues
Scrubs: Navy blue and/or white
Skills: Med/Tele, IV pumps, telemetry, EKG, wound care, Foley, feeding tubes, oxygen, medication administration, glucose monitoring
