Home Health RN – Days 🌞

Shift: 5x8 | 8a–5p, M–F
Contract: 13 weeks | No guaranteed hours
Experience: 1+ yr recent Home Health/Hospice | No first-time travelers
Certs: BLS/CPR
EMR: HCHB + OASIS experience within 6 months required
Weekend/Call: E/O 4–5th weekend + call
Travel: Up to 75 miles | Vehicle, DL & insurance required
License: Must be in hand
Local: Accepted at same rate
Productivity: 30 points/week
