Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Acute Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN) to provide specialized nursing care to patients receiving acute dialysis treatments. The RN will work in a fast-paced clinical environment and must be flexible to meet patient-care needs based on census and facility requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients receiving acute dialysis treatments.
• Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment.
• Assess patient condition and respond appropriately to changes in clinical status.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor vital signs, fluid balance, and treatment response.
• Collaborate with nephrologists, dialysis staff, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and follow facility protocols.
• Promote patient safety and infection-control practices.
• Provide patient education related to dialysis treatment and care as appropriate.

Scheduling Requirements

• DCI does not accommodate scheduling requests or blocked schedules.
• Travelers must have full scheduling flexibility.
• The facility will schedule travelers as needed based on clinic needs and patient census.
• Candidates with scheduling restrictions or specific scheduling requests should not be submitted.
• Travelers must be prepared to work according to the facility's operational requirements.

• Experienced RN with acute dialysis experience.
