Job Title: Registered Nurse - ER / Med-Surg / Swing Bed (ER/MS Charge RN)

Compensation & Schedule Details
- Hours & Shift: 12-hour shifts (Days: 0630–1900; Nights: 1830–0700). Target start date: October 12, 2026. Contract length: 13 weeks. Self/team scheduling available.
- Weekend & Holiday Requirements: Every other weekend and every third holiday required.
- Radius & Separation Rules: Strict 50-mile radius rule. Additionally, candidates may not be full-time, part-time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit (including CHI and/or Dignity).
- Time Off (RTO): Maximum of 7 or less days of RTO per 13-week contract, which must be provided upfront at submission (no additional RTO approved post-submission).

Cons
Lack benefits and perks other companies offer. Was incorrectly paid more than once. The assignment was the worst I’ve experienced from management down to housekeeping. They nitpick travelers on every level and give them double the respiratory therapist to patient ratio with every assignment spread over multiple floors and areas on every side of the facility. Staff makes no attempt at teamwork. Bottom line: Malone is ok🥴 but has MUCH room to improve. Elizabethtown, KY is awful and puts their patients and your license at risk every shift. Don’t do it!
