8a-4:30p, 100-mile travel radius. 1 part-time COTA that the OT would work with. Delegate visits and offer supervision. Est. 5-7 visits/day in patient s homes. EMR: Epic, Skills: Required Skills & Experience -One Year OT Experience-Minimum of six months Home Care experience Preferred
