Contract Details

• Start Date: 10/12/2026
• Hours: 36 hours/week
• Schedule: 3 days/week
• Shift: 12-hour shifts
• Start Time: Variable, between 6:15 AM – 11:00 AM
• On-Call:12 hours weekend + 20 hours weekday on-call per 4-week period
• Response Time: 30 minutes
• Weekend Call: In addition to regularly scheduled weekend shifts
• Weekend Schedule: Two scheduled shifts every other weekend 

Job Summary:
 

Seeking an experienced CVOR Scrub Technician with strong cardiac surgery experience and the ability to support orthopedic, neurosurgery, robotic, and general surgical cases.
 

Required Experience & Skills:

• Minimum 3 years of hospital-based Scrub Tech experience
• Strong Cardiac Surgery/CVOR proficiency – REQUIRED
• Neurosurgery proficiency – REQUIRED
• Robotic Surgery proficiency – REQUIRED
• Orthopedic Surgery proficiency – REQUIRED
• Strong scrub person experience in a hospital setting
• Ability to support general cases when cardiac cases are not scheduled
• BLS for Healthcare Providers – REQUIRED
• Scrub Tech Certification – Preferred
• Operating Room Technician training/program – Preferred
• Demonstrated technical skills through on-the-job training may be accepted 

Education:

• High School Diploma or GED – Required/Preferred
• Completion of an Operating Room Technician program preferred 

Language:

• English – Speak, Read, and Write
