Internal Job Description
MS/Tele RN - Nights
NO LOCAL CANIDATES (40 MILE RADIUS RULE).
Contract Length: 13.
Start Date: ASAP.
Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 36.
Shift Requirements: 12 HR Nights.
Float Requirements: No.
On Call/Call Back Requirements: No.
Weekend/Holiday Requirements: As needed/holidays as scheduled.
Required Certifications to be Attached upon Submittal: IL RN license, AHA BLS, AHA ACLS.
Minimum Experience: 3 years required; 2 travel assignments complete required.
Charting Experience Required: Medhost.
Will provide training.
Required Skillset:? Med Surg/Tele experience.
Unit Information (Bed size, Case type, Patient ratio): 5-6:1; LPN staffing model - 1 RN and 2 LPNs for night shift.
Hard worker, Resilient and Manages Change well, Social candidates.
Scrub Colors: Any color.
COVID/FLU Vaccine Requirements: ? We will take religious or medical declinations.
GSA hours are not guaranteed the week of Orientation.
Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays where unit is closed.

Th recruiters are super nice and helpful.
Cons
Lack benefits and perks other companies offer. Was incorrectly paid more than once. The assignment was the worst I’ve experienced from management down to housekeeping. They nitpick travelers on every level and give them double the respiratory therapist to patient ratio with every assignment spread over multiple floors and areas on every side of the facility. Staff makes no attempt at teamwork. Bottom line: Malone is ok🥴 but has MUCH room to improve. Elizabethtown, KY is awful and puts their patients and your license at risk every shift. Don’t do it!
