Description
***Experience needed: hospital pharmacy experience is a plus. Experience in treating 17 bed ICU, we have cardiac cath lab, an emergency department that stays busy, an inpatient behavioral health unit and we do lots of orthopedic surgery.
Shift can vary and can be 8, 10, or 12 hour shifts depending on the day. Shifts options are 7AM-3:30PM, 8AM-4:30PM, 1PM-9PM, 2PM-10PM, 7AM-5PM, 11AM-9PM, 12 noon -10PM, 7AM-7PM or 8AM-8PM
Education/Skills
- Doctor of Pharmacy or BS Pharmacy degree required
Experience
- Hospital experience preferred
REQUIRED Licenses, Registrations, or Certifications
- Pharmacy state licensure required (LA license required)
- BLS via AHA required
- ACLS via AHA (preferred)
