Description
Discipline: RN – PACU / Post-Anesthesia Care
Shift: Days, Monday–Friday
Hours: 8-hour shifts, 40 hrs/week
Start Time: Flexible between 9:00 AM–12:00 PM
Weekend: Every other weekend, as needed
Holiday: Required to work 1–2 of the 3 upcoming winter holidays, unless the unit is closed
Required Experience
- Minimum 12 months PACU/Post-Anesthesia Care experience
- Resume/work history must show 24 months current PACU/Post-Anesthesia Care experience
- Current/recent pediatric care experience – required
- Epic experience – required
- Strong telemetry reading experience – required
- Strong telemetry measurement experience – required
- Drips/titration experience – required
- Facility experience accepted:
- Hospital
- Medical center
- Same-day surgery
- Outpatient surgery
- First-time travelers may or may not be accepted, depending on skills/experience.
