Description
Home Health RN
Location: Newport, VT
Start: 10/05/2026
Duration: 24 weeks
Shift: Fri–Mon, 8a–6p | 40 hrs/week
Call: Occasional emergency call may be scheduled
Requirements:
- 2+ years Home Health/Hospice experience
- OASIS experience required
- Experience traveling between patient homes
- BLS required
- Active VT/Compact RN license
- Valid driver’s license in good standing
- Ability to manage changing schedules
- HealthWyse (Careficient) experience preferred
