🩺 What You'll Be Doing

This role is ideal for an RN who enjoys helping patients progress through their rehabilitation journey and is comfortable providing hands-on care in a post-acute/rehabilitation setting.

Typical responsibilities include:

Comprehensive nursing care for rehabilitation patients
Wound care
Patient transfers and mobility support
Medication administration and ongoing patient monitoring
Collaboration with interdisciplinary care teams
Supporting patients and families throughout the rehabilitation process
IV care and blood draws, depending on experience and assignment needs

📋 Requirements

Must Have:

Minimum 1 year of current acute-care RN experience in Rehab or Med/Surg
BLS certification
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the care team
Willingness to float between the two campuses

Preferred:

Previous rehabilitation patient population experience
IV skills
Blood draw/phlebotomy skills
