Description

Home Health RN

Location: Torrance, CA
Start: 10/13/2026
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Days, 8a–4:30p, 5x8s; 40 hrs/week

Requirements:

2+ years Home Health RN experience with high-volume caseloads
Minimum 1-year previous Home Health travel RN experience
Recent OASIS experience required + OASIS exam
Active CA RN license
BLS required
Strong assessment, wound care & IV/PICC skills
OASIS, Start of Care, ROC & routine visit experience

Additional:

5-6 patients/day
LA County territory, typically 5–20-mile radius
Mileage reimbursed per IRS standard
1 full weekend + 1 additional weekend shift every 6 weeks
No on call
Hourly model - must start at 8a and work the full 8-hour shift
Experience with HF, diabetes, wound care, anticoagulation & IV therapy
PICC dressing changes and wound care required
Updated supervisory/higher references required at submission
Flu vaccine required - no exemptions
Locals accepted
