Job Title: CT Technologist (Direct Hire / Permanent)

Location: Show Low, AZ

Employment Type: Direct Hire / Permanent (Full-Time, 40 hrs/week)

Pay Rate: $38.00 – $52.00 / hour (DOE)
Bonus Package: Up to $15,000 Total ($10,000 Sign-On Bonus + $5,000 Relocation Assistance) + Full Benefits & 401(k)

Shift: Nights (Full-Time, 40 hours guaranteed)

Position Overview

A premier regional healthcare system in Show Low, Arizona is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented CT Technologist for a full-time, direct-hire night shift position. In this role, you will perform high-quality computed tomography (CT) and diagnostic radiographic imaging across both the main hospital diagnostic department and the outpatient pavilion.

Key Responsibilities

Perform high-quality diagnostic CT scans and general radiographic procedures in an acute care setting.
Review and verify physician exam orders, prepare patients, ensure accurate positioning, and administer oral/IV contrast per protocol.
Maintain rigorous radiation safety practices and ALARA standards while serving as a dedicated patient advocate.
Assist with patient transport, inventory ordering, and cross-modality support as needed.
Participate in departmental rotating on-call coverage when scheduled.

Requirements

Minimum 2+ years of recent clinical CT / diagnostic imaging experience in a hospital setting.
Active ARRT (CT) certification (or ARRT (R) with documented CT proficiency and post-primary certification).
Active Arizona state MRTBE license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start).
Active American Heart Association (AHA) BLS certification.

Role & Employment Type: Direct Hire / Permanent (1 Open Position); 40 hours/week guaranteed on Nights. Rotating on-call coverage is required as scheduled. Base Compensation: $38.00 – $52.00/hour (DOE), plus full hospital benefits package and 401(k). Bonuses ($15,000 Total Incentive): $10,000 Sign-On Bonus: Paid in two installments ($5,000 at 90 days; $5,000 at 12 months) with no repayment penalty. $5,000 Relocation Assistance: Paid on the first paycheck; requires a 1-year commitment (repayable if leaving prior to 12 months). Clinical Scope: High-quality CT scans, trauma imaging, and general diagnostic radiography for inpatient and outpatient pavilion departments. Submission Packet Checklist: Clean resume (showing facility details, bed size, trauma level, and dates in MM/YY), completed cover page, CT skills checklist, ARRT & AZ state license verifications, and professional references (if available). Must verify at least 2 years of relevant imaging experience.
