Job Title: Registered Nurse – Operating Room (OR Circulator) | Direct Hire

Location: Show Low, AZ

Employment Type: Permanent / Direct Hire (Full-Time, 40 hrs/week)

Pay Rate: $31.00 – $47.00 / hour (DOE)

Bonus Package: Up to $15,000 Total ($10,000 Sign-On Bonus + $5,000 Relocation Assistance)

Shift: Nights | 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM (40 Hours Guaranteed) | Call/Weekends discussed during interview

Position Overview

A regional hospital in Show Low, Arizona is seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (Circulator) for a full-time, direct-hire role. Deliver high-quality intraoperative patient advocacy and surgical nursing across a modern 4-suite OR suite with 1:1 nurse-to-patient staffing and 24/7 in-house pharmacy support.

Key Responsibilities

Circulate surgical cases across multiple specialties including General, Orthopedics, Spine/Neuro, OB-GYN, and ENT.
Coordinate sterile field requirements, surgical counts, positioning, skin preps, and intraoperative patient documentation.
Serve as a continuous patient advocate during surgical procedures under anesthesia.
Collaborate closely with surgeons, surgical technologists, CRNAs, and anesthesia teams.

Requirements

Minimum 1+ year of recent clinical RN circulating experience in an acute care Operating Room.
Active Arizona RN license or valid Compact / Multi-State RN license.
Active AHA BLS certification required (AHA ACLS and PALS preferred).
Demonstrated proficiency circulating general, orthopedic, and specialty surgical cases.

Role & Employment Type: Direct Hire / Permanent (2 Open Positions); 40 hours/week guaranteed on Nights (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM). Call & Weekends: Shift is Nights 6p–6a; weekend and on-call rotation requirements vary and are confirmed during the interview. No floating required. Base Compensation: $31.00 – $47.00/hour (DOE). Bonus Incentives ($15,000 Total Package): $10,000 Sign-On Bonus: Paid out at 90 days ($5,000) and 12 months ($5,000) with no repayment clause. $5,000 Relocation Assistance: Typically paid on the first check (requires a 1-year commitment; repayable if leaving prior to 12 months). OR Dynamics & Scope: 4 OR suites, 1:1 patient ratio. Circulate only (hospital provides blue scrubs). Cases include General, Ortho, Neuro, OB-GYN, and ENT. 24/7 in-house pharmacy. Certifications: AHA BLS required; ACLS and PALS preferred. Submission Packet Checklist: Clean resume (showing facility bed size, trauma level, and dates in MM/YY), completed cover page, OR skills checklist, Nursys license verification (AZ or Compact), and professional references. Requires at least 1 year of recent OR experience.
