Duration: 08+ Weeks + High possibility of extension

Location: Los Angeles, CA 90034

Schedule Notes: Day & Night Shift (Both Shifts available)

Start Date- 7th Oct 2026

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to high-acuity medical-surgical and cardiac patients in the Step-Down Unit.
• Continuously monitor vital signs, telemetry rhythms, and hemodynamic status, recognizing changes in patient condition.
• Administer medications, IV therapies, blood products, and prescribed treatments, including titrated medications as permitted by unit protocols.
• Recognize clinical deterioration and initiate timely interventions, including escalation of care and rapid response activation when indicated.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medication management, and discharge instructions.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation while adhering to patient safety, infection-control, and unit-specific protocols.
