LPN-LTC | Per Diem | PRN

  • Location: Lewiston, ME 04240
  • Type: Per Diem | PRN
  • Shift: Days/Nights (12 hours)
  • Eligibility Criteria: Minimum 1 year of Long-term care / Rehab experience.
  • Shift booking through mobile application.

Requirements:

  • Resume (Minimum 1 year of long-term care, Rehabilitation experience).
  • Skills checklist
  • Basic Life Support - BLS Certification (must be from AHA- American Heart Association).
  • 2 Supervisory Reference Forms, taken within the last two years
  • Driver's license
  • Covid Card
  • Flu shot.
  • Accepting Maine license
