Trauma Level: Level III Trauma Center (The Hospital)
Position Information:
• Facility Department/Cost Center: 908 332J
• Role (RN, Tech, LPN, PT, etc.): PT, OT, SLP
• Specialty: General Outpatient Therapy Clinic but with high percentage of Orthopedic diagnosis
• Number of Openings: 2- PTA’s and .5 OT (All Fulltime)
• Shift: Day
• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 40
• Weekend Hours: None
• Call Requirements: None

• Float Requirements: very infrequently but could need coverage in Med Surg
