MLT / MT / CLS – Aspirus Rhinelander

Facility: Aspirus Rhinelander
Location: Rhinelander, WI
Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Contract: 13 weeks 
 

Requirements

• 3+ years core lab experience
• 1 travel assignment required
• MLT, MT, or CLS
• Associate degree or bachelor's degree
• ASCP preferred, not required
• Must be able to work in all laboratory departments
• Strong Blood Bank skills preferred
• Proficient in phlebotomy
• ABG collection experience preferred
• Epic experience required

Schedule

• 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts
• Days, PMs, or nights
• Flexible scheduling required
• Every other weekend
• Holiday rotation
• May be low-censused and placed on call
• Call-back minimum: 2 hours

Floating

May be required to float to:

• Tomahawk
• Eagle River
• Howard Young

Floating can be prescheduled based on need.

Local / Radius Rule

• Candidate must live outside a 50-mile radius
• Radius rule expires 9/25

Other Details

• Any scrub color
• GSA not applicable during orientation week
• Contract eligible for 36 hours of low-census unbillable hours
• During flu season, travelers declining flu/COVID vaccination must wear a mask at all times per facility policy.

Best candidate profile: MLT/MT/CLS with 3+ years core lab experience + at least 1 travel assignment, strong Blood Bank, phlebotomy, and ability to work across all lab departments.
