Description

Required Qualifications

Active California RN license or RN license valid for the state of practice.
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
5+ years of nursing experience preferred/required per department requirements.
At least 2 years of supervisory experience – REQUIRED.
Charge Nurse experience – REQUIRED.
Previous Labor & Delivery experience.
Epic experience – REQUIRED.
Ability to provide effective clinical and unit-based leadership.

Required Certifications

Candidates must have current certifications in the following:

BLS – AHA or ARC
ACLS/ALS – AHA or ARC
NRP/NALS – AHA or ARC
Fetal Heart Monitoring (FHM)
AWHONN Advanced Fetal Monitoring – within the last 2 years
