Required Qualifications
- Valid LPN / LVN license in Alabama
- LPN / LVN (1 year of experience)
- LPN / LVN experience within the last year
- BLS
- NIHSS
- IV Certification
- Med Surg experience
- Experience with Cerner
Role Details
- Medical Surgical Licensed Practical or Vocational Nurse (LPN or LVN)
- Provides delegated aspects of direct patient care under the direction of a Registered Nurse
- May include physical examination and data collection, ADLs, education, medication administration, peripheral IV therapy, discharge planning, implementation of physician’s orders, and documentation
