As a Long Term Care RN, you’ll be responsible for delivering safe, compassionate nursing care to residents while collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team. Responsibilities may include:

• Assessing patients and monitoring changes in condition
• Developing, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans
• Administering medications and treatments safely
• Performing ongoing nursing assessments
