GHR Healthcare is hiring an experienced ICU RN for a weekend-only travel assignment.

Position Details

• Specialty: Intensive Care Unit
• Schedule: Weekends Only
• Shift: 12-hour shifts
• Hours: 36 hours/week
• Contract Type: Travel RN
• Start Date: ASAP / Flexible

Job Overview
The ICU RN will provide high-acuity care to critically ill patients in a fast-paced acute-care setting. This role is ideal for a nurse who is comfortable managing complex patients, responding to rapid changes in condition, and working independently on weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Manage critically ill patients and high-acuity assignments
• Monitor cardiac rhythms, ventilators, and hemodynamic status
• Administer and titrate critical-care medications and drips
• Respond to codes, rapid responses, and emergency situations
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team
• Complete accurate and timely documentation
• Provide patient and family education and support

Requirements

• Recent ICU RN experience
• Active RN license for the assignment state
• Current BLS
• Current ACLS
• Strong ventilator, telemetry, and titratable drip experience
• Previous travel experience preferred
