Description

Medical-Surgical & Telemetry Float Pool Registered Nurse (M/S Tele Float Pool RN) – Day / Eve / Night Rotating

Schedule: Rotating Shifts (Days / Evenings / Nights) | 3x12-Hour or 4x12-Hour Shifts (36 or 48 Hours/Week)
- Rotation Protocol: Days/Evenings rotation with 1 to 3 night shift rotations per contract.
- Weekend & On-Call Protocol: Every-other-weekend (EOW) coverage required; no on-call required.
- Floating Scope: 8-unit hospital-wide floating required (Davenport 5, 7, 8, 9, ED, PH6/7, Pingree 4, & Overflow). Includes caring for ED boarders, serving as medication nurse in acute mental health, and caring for non-vented transfer-ready ICU patients.

Submission Hardstops [STRICT & NON-NEGOTIABLE]

Experience Baseline & Travel History [HARDSTOP]: Minimum 2+ years of acute care hospital RN experience at a single facility AND 2+ years of prior working travel RN experience required [HARDSTOP].
Clinical Specialty Scope [HARDSTOP]: Proven cardiac telemetry mastery, including measuring cardiac intervals, interpreting telemetry rhythm strips every 4 hours, managing intravenous cardiac drips, and caring for patients with TR bands [HARDSTOP].
State Licensure [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION]: Active Massachusetts State RN License [HARDSTOP].
Certifications [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION]:
- Active AHA BLS (Basic Life Support — Healthcare Provider) certification [HARDSTOP].
EMR Proficiency: Direct experience with Epic EMR [HARDSTOP].
