RN Med Surg/Tele
Location: Charleston, SC 29425
Type: Per Diem | PRN
Shift: Day/Nights (12 hours)
Eligibility Criteria: 2 years of Med Surg/Tele experience
Floating will be required
Patient Ratio: 1:5

Resume (2 years of Med Surg/Tele experience).
Skills checklist
EPIC experience
Basic Life Support - BLS Certification (must be from AHA- American Heart Association).
ACLS must be from AHA- American Heart Association).
2 Supervisory Reference Forms, taken within the last two years
Driver's license
Covid Card Preferred
Flu shot
