Description
Mon - Thursday, 4x9s 5pm - 3am with 1 hour lunch
On-call from 3am - 8am (Monday to Thursday night)
Call shared between 2 RNs each night (may or may not receive triage calls or make a visit)
*Must have outpatient hospice experience
Must have RN, BLS, current Driver's license
