Description
Registered Nurse – Rehab
Location: Tyler, TX 75701
Duration: 10 weeks
Shift: Nights | 3x12s | 7:00 PM–7:00 AM
Requirements:
- 2+ years of RN experience
- Travel experience required/preferred
- Epic experience required
- Patient ratio: 1:6–1:7
- BLS and ACLS required; CPI and NIHSS preferred
- Experience with rehab, Med/Surg, neuro, orthopedic, and complex medical patients
- Experience with CVA/stroke, brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, and post-neurosurgery care
- IV therapy, PICC/central line management, phlebotomy, feeding tubes, wound care, and tracheostomy care
- Charge experience preferred
- LTAC experience preferred
Description:
Seeking an experienced RN to provide care for rehabilitation patients recovering from strokes, orthopedic surgeries, brain injuries, and other debilitating conditions. The RN will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans, support patient recovery, provide family education, and promote a safe transition back to the community.
