RTO after booking is not allowed and is not allowed to be worked out onsite. Any call offs or additional RTO on unit, could possibly turn into a cancel and DNR

**Note from manager regarding 1:40 ratios: Yes. My acuity is very low. I have 1 foley, 1 gtube and no IVs. I have quite a few resident that really qualify for assisted living but choose to stay there. It will 1/20 from 7p-11p with the heavier med pass. They Only have ? pills on the morning med pass and ? blood sugars.

Minimum Years of Experience: 2 years
Traveler Experience required: Unit will accept 1st time traveler as long as they have skilled experience.

JOB DETAILS:
Target Ratios: Night Staffing Ratio ? 1:40, Weekends Staffing Ratio 1:40.
Shift: 36 HRS NIGHTS 18:45-07:15
36 hours can be offered.
Will accept 13 week contracts.
Call Requirement: None.
Float Requirement: None.
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend required.

SPECIAL PROCEDURES / UNIT DETAILS: Avg Daily Census: 36, Beds: 40, On call MD after hours, 2 CNAs, From 7p-11P there is two nurses on the unit at 11 it would drop down to one nurse.
UNIT SYSTEMS (Medication, Documentation, Communication): PointClickCare (required), SBAR
SCHEDULING TYPE: Other
UNIT ORIENTATION: 24 hours
Hospital Orientation week one; traveler must be available for classes each day.

SCRUBS: Navy Blue
