Bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) - Community Mental Health

Assignment Overview

We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish-speaking) Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide behavioral health assessment services in a community-based outpatient setting. This role focuses on conducting comprehensive mental health assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and supporting clients across the lifespan.

Position Details

• Contract Length: 13 weeks with potential for extension
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Shift: Days
• Start Date: ASAP
• Interview Process: Virtual interview with clinical leadership

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments for clients of all ages
• Develop clinical diagnoses based on presenting symptoms and behaviors
• Complete detailed assessment documentation and clinical evaluations
• Provide recommendations for treatment and ongoing care
• Maintain accurate and timely records
• Travel between multiple outpatient/community service locations as needed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and community partners

Typical Daily Workflow

• Approximately 2 assessments per day
• Assessment duration: ~1.5 hours each
• Documentation and clinical write-up: ~1.5 hours per assessment
• Total of approximately 3 hours per completed assessment

Requirements

• Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license
• ***Bilingual in Spanish and English required***
• Preferred: 6 months to 1 year of relevant behavioral health, assessment, or diagnostic experience
• Strong diagnostic and clinical assessment skills
• Experience working with diverse patient populations across age groups
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing client needs
• Comfortable floating between multiple community-based locations
