Description

Radiologic Technologist – Nights

Specialty: Diagnostic Imaging – Radiologic Technologist
Job Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Shift: Night Shift – Sunday–Thursday
Minimum Experience: 1 year preferred
Certification: ARRT(R)
BLS: AHA Healthcare Provider BLS
State License: Must be currently active
Overtime: After 40 hours/week

Minimum Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
Completion of a specialized Radiologic Technology training program approved by ARRT
Current ARRT(R) registration
AHA Healthcare Provider BLS
One year of radiologic procedure experience preferred
Hospital, clinic, or physician office experience preferred

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
Knowledge of radiologic equipment and procedures
Knowledge of radiology safety hazards, body mechanics, and patient movement
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Ability to identify and troubleshoot equipment problems and perform simple adjustments
