Required Skills and Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Department (ED) experience as an RN
Current RN license
BLS, ACLS, ENPC or PALS, CPI, and TNCC certifications
Strong clinical skills in neuro and cardiac emergencies
Ability to work in a high-energy, fast-paced setting
Effective communication and teamwork abilities
Proven experience with STEMI, Stroke/TPA, and RSI procedures

Nice to Have Skills

Experience with advanced neuro and cardiac care procedures
Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Ability to adapt quickly to evolving clinical situations

Preferred Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
At least 2 years of recent ED experience in a comparable setting
