Description

RN Cardiac Tele | Stockbridge, GA 30281

Minimum 2 years of experience and prior travel experience required. First-time travelers will not be considered.
Must have experience managing continuous IV medications, including:
- Cardiac drips: Amiodarone, Cardizem, Dobutamine, Dopamine, Milrinone, and Nitroglycerin
- Diuretics: Bumex and Lasix
- Anticoagulants: Aggrastat, Argatroban, and Heparin
- Insulin drips
Patient population: Adults to geriatrics
Patient ratio: 1:6
Certifications: BLS and ACLS required; NIHSS preferred
Charting: Epic preferred
Weekends: Typically every other weekend, based on staffing needs
Floating: Within the facility and scope of practice as needed
Call: Rare; two-hour response time. Travelers typically do not manage Precedex, which is handled by core staff.
