Overview:
As an RN in this pivotal role, you’ll provide expert nursing care in a fast-paced maternity environment, supporting women through labor, delivery, and postpartum recovery. Your skills will help ensure a positive birthing experience for families while working closely with a dedicated team focused on patient safety and comfort. Required Skills:

• Valid RN licensure in Tennessee
• Minimum of 1 year labor and delivery experience
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP (must be current prior to start)
• Fetal monitoring proficiency
• Strong adaptability and teamwork skills
• Knowledge of patient care protocols for maternity and newborn care

Nice to Have Skills:

• PALS certification
• Experience with Centricity and Meditech electronic health records
• Experience with couplet care models

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Active RN license in Tennessee with relevant labor/delivery experience
• Experience with fetal monitoring and maternity patient management
