Description
Facility: Medical City Dallas
Location: Dallas, TX
Unit: BMT / Oncology
Shift: Nights, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Contract: 13 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hrs/week
Openings: 1
Must Have:
- Oncology experience
- PCU-level experience
- Active Chemo Certification
- ACLS required
- BLS required
- Must have ACLS and Chemo Cert before start
- Tuesday start dates
Unit Details:
- 40 beds total
- Target ratio 1:3, may stretch to 1:4
- Travelers float first
- Rotating weekends
- Meditech charting
- Royal blue scrubs
Preferred Skills:
- BMT experience
- Telemetry interpretation
- Simple drip titration
- Strong assessment skills
Patient Population / Services:
- Oncology and BMT patients
- Autologous and allogeneic transplants
- CAR-T therapy
- Bone marrow biopsies performed occasionally
